Frequently asked questions
Which image formats are supported?
JPG, PNG and WebP. WebP images are converted to PNG in the browser before embedding, because the PDF format has no native WebP support.
What does the Auto page size do?
Auto creates each page at exactly the pixel dimensions of its image, so nothing is cropped and no white bars appear.
What is the difference between Fit, Fill and Original?
Fit scales the image to be fully visible inside the margins, Fill covers the whole page area and may crop edges, and Original keeps the image at its natural size, scaled down only if it would not fit.
Is there a limit on the number of images?
Up to 50 images per PDF, each up to 25 MB. Very large batches depend on the memory available to your browser.
