Why use PDFQuick for this

Instant preview

See the extracted text before you download anything.

Clean line breaks

Words on the same line are joined back together instead of arriving one fragment at a time.

Page markers

Each page is labelled so you can still tell where content came from.

Private extraction

Contracts and reports are parsed on your own device, never on a server.

Frequently asked questions

Why is nothing extracted from my PDF?

The file is probably a scan — a picture of a page with no text layer. Reading text from scans needs OCR, which this tool does not do.

Is the layout preserved?

No. Columns, tables and positioning are dropped; you get the reading text in order. For layout, try PDF to HTML.

Can I get a Word file instead?

Yes, use our PDF to Word tool, which puts the same text into an editable .docx.

Is there a size limit?

PDFs up to 100 MB are supported. Longer documents just take a few extra seconds.
