Frequently asked questions

Are legacy .doc files supported?

No. The old binary .doc format cannot be read in the browser. Open the file in Word or LibreOffice and save it as .docx first.

Will fonts and styling match exactly?

Not exactly. The converter rebuilds the document from its content and structure, so headings, paragraphs and lists are preserved but page-perfect fidelity is not guaranteed.

Are images included?

Images embedded in the .docx are not carried into the PDF in this version. Text content converts reliably.

Is there a size limit?

Documents up to 25 MB are accepted, which covers virtually every text document.
